Ever imagined a beach shack holiday home right across the road from the beach, literally a hop, skip and jump to the warm waters of the Indian Ocean. With our extreme pleasure we welcome to you our beach shack, otherwise known as the Shipwreck, or fondly referred to simply as the ‘Wreck, in quaint little seaside town of Hibberdene.
The Shipwreck with its permanent holiday charm and ambiance is available for your holiday accommodation throughout the year. We have tried to create an authentic seaside living escape right on the beachfront with only the railway line separating you from the beach- nothing that a leisurely 3-4 minutes’ walk wont cure.
Listen to the surf. View across natural admiralty zone onto unspoilt beaches. Walking distance to the main swimming blue flag beach beach and ski boat launch. This is coastal living at its best. The ‘Wreck beckons.
Hear the sound of the pounding surf through the sea-facing main bedroom and the elevated lounge and balcony, which leads onto the balcony with a spectacular aerial view of the ocean. It is heaven. Catch early morning sunrises and the watch the dolphins and whales play from the comfort of your veranda and balcony/deck.
In addition to the main bedroom, the house has 2 other bedrooms, and an elevated loft that the kids usually love. The Shipwreck is a 10 sleeper serviced by 2 bathrooms and fully fitted kitchen, lock up garage and washing machine on the premises.
A lovely lawn garden, the front of which is sea facing is exactly what ocean living is all about in order to spend your long lazy holiday afternoons or while enjoying your morning breakfasts. This is addition to a built in braai on downstairs veranda covered (Patio) and you still have an awesome sea view while enjoying your braai.
There is an open plan living area, lounge and beautiful covered deck. The deck has a view of the sea, a built in braai below, a lounge area and a big table wonderful for all meals rain or shine.
The house is fully armed with 24 hour security.
